"The biggest change that I have seen as it relates to insurance, since my start in 1999, has to do with technology. There are so many great mobile trends now; including apps that make information simple and easy to access. it's been incredible to see. I don't currently have services with USAA, but I do know that they have a mobile app to be able to manage all of your insurance information. I think that is such a great service for USAA's customers."

"I would say that the most significant change to the insurance industry, since I joined, has been technology and the changes that come with it. The industry has become more competitive because of it. With that said, I encourage the competition because it keeps most people in the industry honest, and encourages us all to try harder for our clients. I understand that USAA has online access for their insurance products as well as a mobile app so that customers can access their insurance information. I also understand customers can access their investments and banking information in the USAA app as well and I think the business is keeping up with technology trends well."
