What type of work environment allows you to be the most productive?

The interviewer wants to assess if you are able to be productive in any environment. At USAA, needs are everchanging and require each employee to be able to work with different groups of people oftentimes in changing environments. Discuss with the interviewer if there are any particular environments you find distracting or unable to work in. Make sure to let the interviewer know of your preferences, but reiterate that at USAA, you are adaptable and able to work in different environments as needed.

A work environment that allows me to be most productive is one in which I am able to learn and strengthen my skill set. When I can get feedback my my manager and collaborate with teammates for solutions. I also love fast-paced environments.
