Have you obtained any Insurance related certifications or licenses?
Some positions within USAA will require you to hold special certification or licensing. Many retirement positions at USAA require you to hold a FINRA certification or if you are in real estate, a NMLS. These requirements may be different depending on the state that you are working in as well. Talk to the interviewer about any additional certifications you may hold and be sure to ask about their expectations and needs.
"In 2017, I completed my Certificate in General Insurance through the Insurance Institute of America (IIA). I am currently completing my Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) certificate. Please let me know if there are any other certificates or licenses required to work in this role at USAA."
"I currently hold my Property and Casualty insurance license and my state registration. I would be able to get started immediately in this insurance customer service role at USAA, as I see that you require those two items to get started."

Chad's Feedback
You are correct to indicate your willingness to obtain any insurance-related certifications or licenses, as special certification or licensing will be a requirement of some positions with the company. Take this opportunity to demonstrate your eagerness, as well as ask the interviewer if there are any specific certificates or licenses required for the position you are seeking. I have provided an example below.
While I have not yet obtained any insurance-related certifications or licenses, I am excited at the prospect of doing so. Are there any certificates or licenses required to work in this role, or any courses that you suggest I take immediately?
