How do you align with the USAA core values?
USAA's core values are honesty, integrity, loyalty, and service. The interviewer wants to know why you have not only applied for the job but also why you want to work at the company. Think about how you have used these core values in your life and in your experiences at work. Be able to talk about a few situations where you have shown these.
"I value honesty and integrity in my work and how I interact with customers and coworkers. I bring those values to work with me every day and will enable me to be successful in this Banking Customer Service role."
"Service is a value that I believe in and is important to me. In any customer service or banking position, service is the number one priority. I execute this currently in my customer service role and will be able to easily integrate it into this customer service position with USAA."
