I have experience in both selling a product and a service. My first job was part-time during college where I was responsible for cold calling and prospecting leads. I learned the A-Z of the sales process from lead procurement to lead management to follow up and closing. The best learning experience I had was at Pella, where I was responsible for selling high-end windows and doors to a variety of retail customers at trade shows, home-shows, and retail establishments.
