"I'd say my greatest weakness is my work ethic. I hold myself to unrealistic standards sometimes. I try too hard to go above and beyond. When I don't achieve certain milestones, I can be a bit hard on myself. I have been told to slow down on more than one occasion and have been learning to do so."

How you answer this question will inform your interviewer of your self-awareness and whether you take ownership of your growth opportunities. By sharing something you are working on in your professional life, you are potentially advertising your merits and focus on your development. For example, if you are applying to be a postie, and something you are working on is trying to get more exercise or get outside more, and that you are motivated to do so, then this could advertise this is the right job for you.
