"I am very adept at prioritising the greatest need. If I am working on something that I have to put aside for a greater need, I mark where I left off, like dog-earing a book, so I can easily come back to it without performing any rework, and make sure that I do come back to it by making a note to myself. Then I would constantly readjust. I am an excellent juggler and have no issue keeping multiple balls in the air without dropping a single one."

Your interviewer is curious how well you transition between competing priorities without making mistakes, missing deadlines, or having to put in rework when picking up where you left off on any given task. As they state on their site, "Our strategic priorities are underpinned by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Our values, written with our people, will help us to continue to transform and meet the challenges that lie ahead." Explain how you prioritize your workload as needed, and describe your time management skills and your organization system.

When multiple tasks need to be completed, I write a list of each task in order of priority. This makes sure I get time-sensitive tasks done first. If an urgent task comes to me, I am able to complete this task and then go back to the original list of tasks. When running my business it was imperative I had these skills to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Good job! Writing down your tasks, then prioritizing by deadline and urgency are great strategies to share. Sharing with the interviewer that you owned your own business will definitely emphasize your skills and abilities in this area.
