"Well, I am not one to overshare. So anything I come across is on a need-to-know basis only. I don't pry, either. If something is my business, it will be made my business. But if someone is oversharing with me, I'll stop them and try to instil in them the same sense of integrity I have for such things."

Royal Mail's dedicated Information Security awareness programme says, "Think Secure. Be Secure. Be Positive. Don't be a rule breaker, make sure you follow Royal Mail's policies and procedures. Oversharing is not caring for Royal Mail. Oversharing of information can result in identity theft, crime against individuals and businesses that also can lead to brand and reputational damage. Be Positive, because it leads to better things, faster. We love to give it a go, aiming to make life better and brighter for our customers and each other. We trust each other to do the right thing and always say thank you for a job well done."
