Your interviewer wants to know how reliable you are concerning meeting deadlines and putting your all in. How you answer will inform them whether your work ethic or character aligns with the qualities they expect of their teams. "We must provide our customers with a reliable and consistent service at all times. We have put in place clear standards and guidelines that apply to everyone. When things go wrong, our managers and colleagues work hard to put them right. They do so fairly, and in a way that provides support and guidance so that things are less likely to go wrong in the future. It's all part of our 'great place to work' ethos, which is about providing guidance through developing, supporting and coaching."

Offer examples of where you found yourself running behind schedule and how you delivered. Whether it was putting in overtime, going the extra mile, recruiting help, or other resourceful means. Make sure your example resulted in success.

Jaymie's Feedback
Sharing your willingness to stay over a shift to ensure customers get their deliveries is great! Also, consider evaluating what caused you to be behind so you can try to avoid that happening in the future. You could also share that if you're far behind, you communicate with your manager to loop them in and/or see if there are other team members who could jump in to temporarily assist.
