"I would be respectful of everyone's personal space, wear all the necessary personal protection equipment, and be vigilant of the health of others. If I felt sick or under the weather, I would exhibit wisdom to maintain a safe distance or self-isolate for a reasonable time. I would never endanger the health or safety of anyone I came in contact with."

Royal Mail states, "Keeping employees healthy and safe is crucial to our people strategy. In addition to our duty as a business to ensure your health and safety at work, you also have responsibility for your health and safety and the health and safety of others with whom you are working. If you have any concerns about health and safety issues during your time working for Royal Mail, you should raise these with your Manager." Familiarise yourself with all their health and safety policies on their WTRM (Welcome To Royal Mail) Agency brochure, which you can find online. Once you have a clearer idea of their expectations, examine your work history, and draw parallels with your approach to their policy, from wearing personal protective equipment to promptly reporting any hazards, unsafe acts or conditions.
