"I take pride in doing a good job. Knowing I have put my all in gives me a sense of self-satisfaction, as is knowing I have done my part in contributing to the team. I have a lot of integrity. If I were to fail at performing at my best, I suppose I would feel some sense of shame. Luckily, I can't remember the last time I felt that way."
Your interviewer is curious about what motivates you in your work and how aligned your answer will be with what they are looking for in a candidate. Ideally, the candidate they bring on board will feel like a good fit for their culture, environment, and values. Spend some time examining your career goals. Determine how their working environment aligns with what fosters and enhances your productivity. As they state on their career site, "When we live by our values, anything is possible. Bringing the values to life will look slightly different for every individual, but you'll know our values in action when you see them."

I love to feel part of a team and community. Knowing that I have a part in something greater makes me feel fulfilled which gives me drive in my work. Even on a hard day, if I know that what I am doing makes a difference, it will pull me through.
