Take note of Nike's language and value statements, and integrate its keywords and key phrases into your answers when possible. Try to come across as natural, though. Sounding too rehearsed can make you sound disingenuous. Practice in front of your computer's camera, try not to look at yourself on the screen, but rather maintain eye contact with the camera lens as if you're speaking face-to-face with a person. Do your research, on the company, the job, and yourself. This will inform the company that you've identified it as an ideal match for what you are looking for and already embrace its culture and values.
