The AI assessment models will categorize the findings in several ways. The algorithm will study the candidate's composure, compassion, dependability, adaptability, willingness to learn, drive for results and initiative, and safety and compliance. One category is how well a candidate works with others. It will also evaluate their relationship-building skills, how collaborative and team-orientated they are while coordinating with others, and whether they invest in developing their coworkers and teams.
Here are some more statements from Nike's website describing how they define their teams: "Nike teams discover what's possible when we come together. At the heart of Nike, you'll find our people accomplishing more together. It's never just one person's effort to reach our goals, we do it as a team. Nike brings together people from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of skill sets, mindsets and assets, and together, we make the impossible possible. Our diverse Nike team is the spark that ignites our imagination and drives innovation. Differences drive our excellence. Nike represents a global culture of sport, style, and the pursuit of greatness. We are passionate about potential and believe everyone should have the tools to reach theirs. We invest in our employees, inspiring the new ideas, methods and products that drive the future of sport."
"That is a difficult question to answer. I would say, every goal of mine is also the team's goals, and the team's goals are always my goals. Every thing I accomplish is for the benefit of the team effort. If I am working on a more solitary task, I always look at it as a piece of the puzzle that the entire team is working on putting together. Just last week I was working on a report which I finished ahead of the deadline. But I knew there were other contributors to this report once their data was complete. So, having finished early, I checked in with the others on my team who weren't finished with their work yet, and told them to feed me their data so I could assemble it into the report for them. Once I did this, everyone on the team wrapped up their projects ahead of our group deadline together."
