By getting to know the real you, the interviewers will better be able to ascertain how well you would fit into their environment and culture, how well you would get along with their teams, and how well you would be able to perform at the job. So, help yourself and your interviewer. Show your personality, as you would in a live interview. Even though you are talking to the algorithm, conduct yourself as if you were speaking to a real person. Do your best to relax while speaking in a level, yet enthusiastic, tone.
