This is a great opportunity to align your strengths with the qualities it celebrates in its employees, such as the pursuit of greatness, ambition, drive, inspired innovation, and passion. For example; Your greatest accomplishments. Your approach to collaboration. Your ability to work in a constantly evolving game. Even projects that didn't go as you'd planned and why."
"I'd say that one of my greatest strengths is my sense of teamwork. My leaders often call me their quarterback, and I am great at setting the pace of the work that needs to be done. I contribute positively to morale and build camaraderie. Anytime I finish up my work early, I anticipate the needs of my teams by quickly surveying who has the greatest distance to cover with their work, and I hop on that task with them until we hit the finish line together. I am normally the first to volunteer, am reliable, and I always support everyone on my team."
