Objectify the situation, exhibiting an emotionally mature perspective, and how you would navigate such a situation. Remember, you want to come across as relaxed and confident, so research the body language of a confident and relaxed person in a seated position. Pump yourself up with physical exercise to manifest confidence. Go into a private space with a mirror, look yourself in the eye, and give yourself a pep talk. Raise your arms, stretch your back, and make yourself as big as possible. Be ready to share what you have to offer, that you are always ready to do the right thing, and that you believe in yourself.

"I would try to talk them into taking the path of integrity. I would also be transparent and inform them that I am driven by integrity, and if they chose not to do the right thing, I would. If they didn't change their direction, I would do the right thing without hesitation."
