"First and foremost, this role with Kaiser Permanente really spoke to me because of my nine years of experience in the operating room setting, working side by side with surgeons in the prep, and actual procedures with patients. I have the leadership skills to bring a positive and professional attitude while getting to know my team enough to delegate responsibilities around the OR. As I applied and interviewed today, I've gotten the chance to learn so much more about the rich history of Kaiser Permanente. Coming to work for a managed care organization is something I would take great pride in and I can definitely see myself as part of this team for many years to come."

That’s a great question, and I think I’ll be perfect for this program and this career because of how passionate I am for this job, and because I’m very compassionate when it comes to helping people. There is not a situation in which I won’t go above and beyond for a person, especially in healthcare. To add on, I'm also team player, I’m never the type to make enemies, and I respect everyone’s points of view. I think I have all the traits of what would make a great healthcare worker.
