      "Patients like apps because all of their information is at their fingertips. However, I have the app and noticed there wasn't an easy way to get to the provider website from the claim. Many of the questions people have aren't on the health plan side but are for their provider. I spoke to the IT team about this, and including some quick links was a simple add. We have seen higher ratings for our app since implementing this."
