"I always have a list of projects to work on, and I enjoy them. I had the opportunity to lead a project designed to create a peer feedback review process. My manager discovered errors in some of the work from our team. I had the idea to have a peer double-check the work. It did take more time but was very helpful in reducing errors. We were able to reduce errors by 90%. My manager was pleased, and the team was happy and proud of our work."
