I would call my supervisor so he was aware of what was going on. I would listen carefully to everything the person would be accusing me of. Then I would calmly explain that there had been a misunderstanding and explain my side of the story. I would make it clear that the misconduct she was accusing me of was unfounded, but I would empathize with the situation she was talking about and show an interest in helping her.
