I am the most excited and motivated when I feel a sense of harmony and togetherness within my workgroup. I like hearing others' opinions and feel refreshed when we talk out any issues (as in the previous scenario I mentioned).

I am most motivated whenever there is a challenge, teamwork, and good leadership. I do understand that not every moment is challenging, and it is usually the routine stuff. However, a sense of ownership, time constraints, and uncertainty of the moment keep me motivated and ready for the next event.
