I have had great relationships with peers in all the places I have worked. I tend to make friends easily and bond by talking over food and coffee. When coworkers genuinely like one another, productivity and group tasks seem to be easier and more efficient. I think talking over food is a good way to get along with other co-workers.

I get on well with my co-workers at all levels. I think the key to getting along well is being positive, supporting others in day to day matters, listening to someone who has had a bad day and suggesting solutions, making other team members feel valued and important team players.
I little sense of humor also helps along.
I refrain from talking negatively and passing sarcastic remarks.
I try to address issues and concerns as directly and discretely as possible.
