After reviewing the culture and philosophy of Qatar Airways, I feel that I would be able to find a long term fit here, and that is most important to me.
The training programs here are industry renowned and well respected and of interest to me.
The working culture is of a high standard.
There are an efficient Quality and safety system, which makes it easy for the engineer to carry out his duties.
Competency is rewarded, which leads to career progression.
Last but not least, ever since Qatar started flying to Sydney, I had always envisioned to be part of its engineering network in Australia. Therefore, it's not only about what I can hope to gain most, but also about what I can give to the company if given the opportunity.
