"Whether I am doing an independent project or working in a team environment, I always give my best. I enjoy the camaraderie of working in a team, but I can be successful working autonomously as well. I fully understand that both of these skills are an important part of this role at Qatar Airways."

While it is certainly imperative to be open and honest with your interviewer about your preferences for working either on your own or as part of a team, you have to strike a delicate balance in being ready, willing, and able to do both as part of the Qatar Airways team. Talk about job duties you've held where you had to work on your own without someone looking over your shoulder and how you did so with success. As well, reiterate your desire to be an effective teammate if hired for this role.

"If given the choice, I would always choose a team-based environment because of the camaraderie and the shared successes. With that said, I would bring a solid ability to work on my own with little supervision to Qatar Airways. In my current role, I work many days on the road where I have to make quick decisions. In these same situations, I also have my team available via phone or messaging if needed."
