This question is not a trick one! The interviewer is trying to get a feel for your personality and how you interact with others. They also want to see that you would join Qatar Airways with both the ability to work autonomously and to work as an effective member of a larger team.

While it is certainly imperative to be open and honest with your interviewer about your preferences for working either on your own or as part of a team, you have to strike a delicate balance in being ready, willing, and able to do both as part of the Qatar Airways team. Talk about job duties you've held where you had to work on your own without someone looking over your shoulder and how you did so with success. As well, reiterate your desire to be an effective teammate if hired for this role.
