While keeping your answer short and to the point, be open and honest with your interviewer about your ability to pass a criminal record check. Reiterate that you know this is a requirement of the job and that you are willing to comply. If you do have any blemishes on your records, now is the time to discuss them with your interviewer. If you don't and something is found during your background check process prior to joining Qatar Airways, your offer could be immediately rescinded.
