      "Qatar Airways, being a premium airline with a similar philosophy to my previous companies, where the customer must be taken care of at all times, and every effort must be made to even go beyond expectations!

      From a technical point of view, I shall ensure that every effort is made to ensure that cabin seats, IFE, and essential galley equipment are serviceable before flight.

      Furthermore, where seat related defects cannot be rectified, the information should be communicated to traffic staff and other associated departments well in advance of departure time so that adjustments can be made."
