What You Need to Know
Your interviewer is curious about how aligned your approach to customer service is with theirs. One of their core values is 'Customer Obsessed' which they define as striving "to know our customers better than anyone else. We listen, anticipate, build trust and move with speed to deliver on their needs." So look back on your experience, and what makes your approach to engaging and connecting with your customers unique. Study what you have to offer, and how it aligns with them.
