"I was helping a customer who came in looking for the right shirt and jeans to go with their shoes and belt. Problem was, they were wearing black converse with a brown belt. But they were committed to this combination. So I worked with them, mixing colder blue tones with warmer earth tones. Then what I realized I needed was to recommend a two toned bag for them, and we had a great black messenger back with brown leather straps that pulled their outfit together."
