"While I know that I'm a strong communicator - both verbally and written - I am aware that I can use more experience in managing others. This is an area that I'm looking forward to developing as a Public Relations Manager. In earlier public relations roles, I worked under someone else. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to mentor and assist junior members of my team, so I know that I possess the ability and skills to be an effective leader. Within the Public Relations Manager role, I look forward to gaining more experience doing this so that I can continue to strengthen my abilities in public relations and contribute more to the company."
