This question can be a bit on the challenging side because you'll need to talk about an aspect of the role that doesn't appeal to you and explain why. The interviewer will be looking for you to keep a positive attitude while discussing something that you feel is a negative factor. Acknowledge what you don't like, and then move on.
"My least favorite part of the job arises during those infrequent occasions when the organization I'm working for is involved in a situation that isn't favorable for them. While part of me relishes the challenge of changing public perception, another part of me doesn't love the pressure that comes with being the person in charge of fixing such a significant problem. It can be stressful; however, I am prepared for these times and fully capable of handling them. While I don't necessarily look forward to this kind of high-stakes pressure, in the midst of it I move deftly and confidently. It may not be my favorite part of the job, but I'm fully comfortable handling these types of scenarios."
