It's necessary that they be able to build quick rapports with the public, media contacts, donors, and others. They should be strong leaders who are good at public speaking and writing. In addition, they need to be organized and out-of-the-box problem-solvers. As someone who possesses these kinds of traits and skills, I'm confident that I'm cut out for this role."
