"I use several tools to stay organized. My biggest organizational tool is utilizing my Outlook calendar to ensure I schedule my time well and schedule blocks of time to work on various projects. I also write daily to-do lists in the morning. I will look over my various projects and tasks for the day and prioritize what needs to be done first. I also spend about 30 minutes every Monday looking at upcoming deadlines for the week to ensure all goals will be met within a timely manner."
