"The main way I ensure all are understanding a brand strategy is first, making sure I truly have an understanding of the branding and messaging we want to communicate. Then I think, what questions may someone have. Where could there be barriers in understanding, and how can I ensure I effectively explain these areas in detail. I also make sure when discussing a brand strategy that I use visuals. I find that by being well thought out in my verbal communication and having visuals to assist in explaining the strategy, it tends to be easier for others to understand."
