Question 3 of 13
Describe the most difficult scheduling problem you have faced.
User-Submitted Answers
Possibly my one time management and delegation. In my previous role, I would have different projects with different priorities and deadlines attached to them. I struggled to keep my head above the water, with all the work I had assigned to me. I was encouraged by my mentor to come up with a system that would list my current projects and order these in terms or priority. This would then give me a better understanding of what I had on my plate and give me the opportunity to identify what tasks I could delegate to junior teammates.
Question 4 of 13
Have you ever met resistance when implementing a new idea or policy to a work group? How did you deal with it? What happened?
User-Submitted Answers
Yes, I have. I would constantly ask for feedback as to why there was resistance and work out if there was a key influential personal that was causing this resistance. I would sit down with them to discuss their concerns in depth and try to resolve these concerns.

Tell us about a time when you were particularly effective on prioritizing tasks and completing a project on schedule.
