"When working with vendors, I generally look for a few things. The main quality I look for is the ability to adapt. This is so important within marketing, and I think when someone is adaptable, they find so much success because they aren't bothered by changes. This leads to another quality I look for, which is someone with good problem-solving abilities. When someone has to adapt, I look for someone who immediately begins to problem-solve and try to figure out solutions to any issues that arise. I also look for those who are good communicators and those who are good team players. This all to me makes someone incredibly successful and helpful in meeting goals."
