Updated Answer. I prefer to complete my administrative work on my own but I'm happy to come together and work as a part of a team anytime. The times I've worked alone in the past have allowed me to focus more and work at my own pace. Other times when I've worked as part of a team I've seen the value as each person was able to contribute their unique gifts to complete the project/task.
