I can typically see what area of the country the customer is in and ask them about the weather or a sporting event in their town while resolving their question. My drop-off rate in my current role is pretty low, so I think this approach has worked well."

If possible, discuss any prior work environments where you provided customer service in a virtual environment, whether that was over the phone or email. If you don't have direct experience, that is ok. Either way, you'll want to highlight your ability to provide clear and thorough communication. Also, highlight how you build a connection and ensure that all questions are answered.
