Learn as much as you can about the position before the job interview. Get a keen understanding of the requirements and any hardships they might cause. "One challenge I foresee has to do with Amazon being a fast-growing market where the rules of the game change fast. For example, the platform regularly adds capabilities and changes to how some products work. As a result, it could be challenging to be in the loop at all times. I think it will be important, early on in the role, to define and understand the overall vision and marketing goals, your target audience, and what the marketing team wants to achieve, keeping the best ROI in mind."

This definitely sounds like a challenge that will exist at this company. It's great that you're aware of it. Outside of defining and understanding the overall vision and marketing goals, target audience, and so on, how else will you handle this challenge? How will you ensure that you stay in the loop and abreast of all the changes as they're happening?
