Sometimes, hiring an overqualified individual can mean that they will leave when a better opportunity arises. Revisit your career goals and objectives, while relaying why this opportunity is the right one for you and your career. Offer your track record for professional loyalty to your prior employers. Show them that you value their efforts, time, and the expense they've invested in aiming to find the right candidate. Talk to the interviewer about why this position would be satisfying for you, long-term.

"I do have more years' experience than what you have outlined in your job posting; however, there are aspects of this position that would be new and exciting for me as well. For example, I would enjoy the exposure to more enterprise accounts. Despite my level of experience, there would be much for me to learn here."

Good. You may want to explain in more detail how you will develop a career path from your position, and also explain why the position itself is interesting or a good first step. The interviewer is looking for assurances that you'll find career satisfaction in the position, so enhance your answer from that perspective.
