How would you describe your work ethic?
When the interviewer asks about your work ethic, they are looking to determine if you have any core values or guidelines that dictate your code of conduct in your career. If you haven't put together your own core values and mission statement, or mapped out a five-year-career plan best to do so before your interview. Doing so will communicate a clear vision for your career pursuits, and will display you as driven and focussed. When researching the core values and mission statement of XPO Logistics, find inventive ways to align your values and work ethic with the values and expectations of the company.

My work ethic is very high. I enjoy a busy day where you work as a team with your colleagues to get things done. I am someone who enjoys being busy vs looking busy. I am always looking for ways to fill my workday with tasks that need immediate attention and making sure they get done in a timely and accurate manner. If asked to work later, or cover a shift, my answer to my supervisor is usually YES.
