How do you like to encourage ideas from others?

Throughout the interview process, the interviewer will give you opportunities to advertise your transferable skills. Providing examples where you identified an employee's growth potential is the aim here. Share how approached their training, and how their performance improved as a result of your efforts. Describe how they continued to excel after your mentoring. If they regressed, offer what you did to contribute further to their development. The tone you want to strike is humility, competence, and you are consistently going above and beyond.
