Remember, the interviewer is not necessarily looking for a full understanding of systems and processes (depending on the level of role you are interviewing for), nor an educational lecture. They are merely looking for indicators of sincere career interest and a confidence in your abilities. Show them that you, effectively, can talk the talk.
