Before the interview, go to a mirror, look yourself in the eye, and give yourself a pep talk, affirming what you have to offer and why you believe it. Do some quick physical exercises to physically manifest confidence. Stretch your back, improve your posture, and make yourself as big as possible. Research the body language of a confident and relaxed person in a seated position, and be the best version of yourself you can be.
