Where do you see yourself in five years?
This question aims to assess the range of your work ethic as a performance indicator. In other words, how you answer stands to reveal whether you have thoroughly researched the company and the position and whether you've explored the potential for future career opportunities with RSM and the opportunity for advancement from within.

Before the interview, go to a mirror, look yourself in the eye, and give yourself a pep talk, affirming what you have to offer and why you believe it. Do some quick physical exercises to physically manifest confidence. Stretch your back, improve your posture, and make yourself as big as possible. Research the body language of a confident and relaxed person in a seated position, and be the best version of yourself you can be.

I hope to have been promoted and advance into a more prestigious position with RSM. I hope to be valued and recognized for my accomplishments.
