"Since graduating, I've been very intentional about applying only to companies with good reputations and positive employee reviews. I made a list of companies with which I aligned my core values, then researched them on Comparably to learn more about how employees rate the culture and CEO. I was pleased to see Proctor and Gamble had a 4-star rating on culture and a 72% approval rating of the CEO. There were many comments about how well the company treats employees, the opportunities for professional development, and compensation. Those are all important factors to me and drew me to apply!"

Stephanie's Feedback
It's evident that your previous professional experience in sales aligns well with this role at Proctor & Gamble, which is wonderful! To improve your response, I would suggest focusing a bit more on the company itself. Why P&G over another company? Are there specific aspects of the company culture, mission, or values that resonate with you? From your response, the interviewer should be able to tell that you have done your research, not just on the job description, but on P&G as a company.

There are many reasons why I would really like to work for P&G. First when I decided to study business at University, it was to be able to help drive sustainable and cultural changes around me. I think that being part of a big company such as P&G would help me do so. Also, I would feel a lot of pride to being part of one of the biggest company in the world and to be able to make an impact from day 1!
