If you are being considered to join KB Home's construction or design departments, you will be working with trade partners working on all different aspects of the build and design of new homes. Even though they can likely get some indication of your experience by looking at your resume, your interviewer wants to hear about any experience you have in working with contractors in the past. If you have this experience, take the time to discuss the relationships you had, your role in facilitating them, and some wins that you had for your company based on those relationships. Make sure to reiterate that you are excited about this aspect of the position you are interviewing for.
