What would you say is the top strength you would bring to this position at KB Home?

For many positions at KB Home, the company has a very competitive candidate pool and the team will have a difficult decision on who they want to bring aboard. In asking this question, your interviewer is essentially allowing you to give your best sales pitch on why you should be their top candidate for the job. The key to your answer is making you a memorable candidate who can be seen as a great long-term fit. Rather than blanketing a general response like being great with people or a great teammate, try to highlight a skill or belief that proves your ability to perform the job at a high level or help live the mission and values of the company into the future.
