QUESTION 5 OF 30

Do you have an idea of how many new builds KB Homes has delivered in recent years? How do you see this role as helping grow that number in the future?

A question like this represents a bit of your knowledge of the company and what you can bring to help grow the business into the future. The KB Home website has a very nice business overview portion of their website, clearly outlining that they delivered just under 14,000 homes in 2022 and over 670,000 homes in their company history. Make sure to show some amazement and excitement for those numbers, then walk your interviewer through the duties you will be performing on the job at KB Home and how you can help to grow these numbers into the future.

"If I remember right from my browsing of your website, you constructed around 13,700 homes in 2022. To me, that number seems like such an achievement for a company of 2,100 people. I understand that my diligent work in scouting new land deals and helping to negotiate purchases will help grow the business of KB Homes. I would come to your team with many years of experience in property negotiations and market research, which I know will be beneficial for my success in the role."
