As one of the largest residential home builders in the United States, the work you will be performing with KB Home will be in the new home market. If you are being considered for a licensed sales counselor position with the company, you likely have experience in real estate and are licensed in the state you are interviewing to work in. Your interviewer will be dialing in on your experience in working with the sales of new homes and that you are cognizant of the differences you will be greeted with coming to work for a new home builder. Openly discuss any experience you have in new home sales and make sure to discuss your willingness to learn the ins and outs of KB Home sales counseling.
