If you will be in sales or customer service, you will need to have intimate knowledge of CRM and sales software. If you are being considered to join the design team, the company uses a customized KB Smart Home design program. Come to your interview prepared to discuss all of the types of programs you have experience in and highlight your ability to join this team and learn new things quickly and efficiently.
"I consider myself very proficient in a full suite of software tools, given my years of experience in real estate sales. I currently work in Propertybase, which has an amazing CRM function and lead generation tools. I also utilize its calendar and scheduling functions when showing homes and meeting with clients. I've also worked intimately on Zillow Premier Agent.
