KB Home utilizes a purchase agreement that customers need to sign off on prior to the financing and construction phases of their home build. As a member of their team, part of your duties may include walking new customers through this process and you will be expected to help them every step of the way. Because this agreement is complicated and goes beyond the basic knowledge of most customers, let your interviewer know that you will clearly explain things like the mortgage contingencies so the customer understands every piece of the agreement and the action needed. If you have a time when you worked through purchase contracts or agreements, highlight how you were very detail-oriented with the clients you worked with.
